    產(chǎn)品功能:由超聲波清洗系統(tǒng)、高壓噴淋系統(tǒng)和熱風(fēng)烘干系統(tǒng)組成，清洗液多級(jí)過(guò)濾裝置，磁力排屑、平網(wǎng)式過(guò)濾機(jī)及袋式過(guò)濾裝置，使清洗液持續(xù)保持高清潔度，工件清洗精度高，并能持久穩(wěn)定。

l 除上下料外，可自動(dòng)連續(xù)完成整個(gè)清洗工藝過(guò)程

l 采用輥道輸送模式，工件架在輥道上回轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)行

l 各工位同步定位清洗干燥，設(shè)置專門(mén)噴嘴清洗吹干特殊要求的接線口及盲孔

l 每個(gè)工位之間有氣動(dòng)密封門(mén)隔離，防止清漂洗工位間相互干擾

l 低壓和高壓噴淋系統(tǒng)，清洗及漂洗為獨(dú)立循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，儲(chǔ)水箱為兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的箱體，清洗和漂洗工作時(shí)循環(huán)水分別回流到各自儲(chǔ)液箱內(nèi)

l 清漂洗液分別由電加熱器加熱，采用PID數(shù)顯溫控表控制，工藝溫度可分別自行設(shè)定，自動(dòng)恒溫。油水分離與多級(jí)循環(huán)過(guò)濾系統(tǒng)

l 采用熱風(fēng)循環(huán)烘干系統(tǒng)，熱風(fēng)恒溫控制，可設(shè)定烘干所需溫度

l 整機(jī)運(yùn)行及邏輯互鎖由PLC控制，采用觸摸屏監(jiān)控及控制操作

l 無(wú)級(jí)變速加電子調(diào)速傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，讓設(shè)備操作更方便，隨時(shí)可根據(jù)需要改變工件傳輸速度

    The cleaning and rinsing solution is heated by electric heater and controlled by PID digital temperature control meter. The process temperature can be set independently and automatically. Oil water separation and multistage circulating filtration system

    The hot air circulation drying system and hot air constant temperature control are adopted to set the required drying temperature

    The operation and logic interlock of the whole machine are controlled by PLC and monitored and controlled by touch screen

    The stepless speed change and electronic speed control drive system make the operation of the equipment more convenient, and the workpiece transmission speed can be changed at any time according to the needs
